Disciples in Deed
Purpose
D.I.D. is one of CBFI’s main discipling tools. Through its thorough coverage of Bible doctrine, Christian living and Scripture memory, it’s designed to equip believers in Bible knowledge and maturity.
Structure
Disciples in Deed is now available on CD (only) and contains 76 scripturally-based lessons, 12 of which are evangelistic. There are separate sections for the teacher and the student. Anyone may copy materials from the student lessons for distribution, and Baptist Mid-Missions personnel may make copies from the teacher section. The CD format provides flexibility to use the lessons in any order and to select specific topics.
Content
The major divisions of the study are: Who Am I in Christ? Growth in Christ, Who Is God? The Body of Christ, Relationships in Christ, Ministry in Christ and Decision-making in Christ. Every major Biblical doctrine is treated: the Scriptures, the Trinity, Angels, Man, Sin, Salvation, Eternal Security, the Local Church, Baptism, and Last Things.
